Is that a perfect day? Can anything that's "redondo" be a perfect thing then? Gracias.

Yes, you're right!

Hoy fui al trabajo y no conseguí tráfico, llegué temprano al trabajo y pude lograr hablar con un cliente importante, cerré el negocio con él. Mi jefe mi felicitó y me dijo que me iba a dar una buena comisión por eso. Al llegar a la casa mi esposa me estaba esperando con mi cena favorita. ¡Fue un día redondo! Espero que el de mañana sea igual.

Also you can use "negocio redondo" when you make a good deal and everybody is happy.

I grew up near a beach in California called Redondo beach....never knew what it meant. Sweet, I´ll go with Perfect beach. Glad I caught this thread.

But it doesn't apply to everything, right, only like how your day is going? You can't "una chica redonda" and mean a pretty girl right? Because that would be a.... not too pretty girl. wink right?
