I* was watching an "I Love Lucy' marathon and Ricky keeps saying the phrase:"Mida que tiene cosa". I know what it means literally but it does not make much sense. I'm thinking that it must have some colloquial meaning in Spanish. Does anybody know?

This can mean, look at that, figure that, go figure....omg, wow...
