How do I translate vowels a e i o u in a Spanish letter (eg que there should be an accent mark over the e)

Are you asking for a translation as in, what the Spanish equivalent of each letter is?

If so, to learn how to pronounce the vowels (and the whole Spanish alphabet, really), click here. Simply scroll over the letter you need, and you will hear its pronunciation (just make sure your volume is not on mute wink).

Accents are very important in Spanish, and it's absolutely crucial to know how to make them when typing in Spanish. That one tiny tilde can dramatically change the meaning of a word. You can read all about making accents here.
