Check my Preterite or Imperfect please

Question

Direction: Choose between the preterite or imperfect tense and provide the correct verb form to complete each sentence.

1. Ayer mi hermana >llegó< a casa a las ocho. (llegar)
2. Nosotros >comíamos< cuando ella >entró< en el comedor. (comer, entrar)
3. Por la noche yo >miraba< la televisión mientras mi hermano >hacía< la tarea. (mirar, hacer)
4. Esta mañana yo >fuí< a la escuela y >vió< a mi amiga Amalia. (ir, ver)
5. Nosotros >nos sientimos< en nuestra primera clase a las ocho. (sentarse)

I am not a native speaker, but I can help you out.

The first one - Great

Second - Great

Third - "Por la noche" makes me think it is a habitual actual, so you were correct to use the imperfect - Great

Fourth - No accent on "fui", the second one should be "vi". "Vi" - I saw, "vio"- he/she/it you formal saw. If the subject was the third person singular, "vio" wouldn't have an accent.

Fifth - Nos sentamos (even if it were a stem changer, it wouldn't change in the nosotros form). Also, it is an "-AR" verb, therefore you wouldn't use "imos".
