How can I type < and > vía Spanish keyboard?

Hello I am using the Thai - English keyboard, and I had included Spanish keyboard layout to my windows. I just saw the picture of Spanish keyboard layout. there are > and < between the left Shift and Z button, but I looked at my keyboard, it does not exist... Now if I want to type them, I will change to the US layout or sometimes I shall press alt+060 and alt+062, but it is too slow to type.

Do you have any way to type them in Spanish keyboard layout (software) on English keyboard (hardware)?

As far as I know, when you remap the keys to the Spanish keyboard, the angle bracket characters are no longer available.

What physical keyboard do you have? Is it a qwerty keyboad?

Re-assigning the keys to create a virtuall keyboard like the Spanish keyboard will not change what you see on the physical keyboard. If you don't see the '>' on your physical keyboard you will never see it by re-assigning the layout of the keys.

Are you saying the when you switch to your virtual Spanish keyboard and press the key shown on their supposed re-assigned position (z and Shift z) that the < and > signs do not show?

Be careful where you put them, becuase this editor can intrepret them as formatting symbols. (It just deleted part of my reply by doing so)

Is this your physical keyboard or do you have a physical Thai-Engish keyboard?

I use English keyboard (hardware), and I also have spanish keyboard layout (software) in windows... All I want is type > < in my english keyboard (hardware) while I am being in spanish keyboard (software) :) - ivetren, Aug 7, 2011
