I know we have this phrase in English, but does it translate directly to "Esperaría que sí!"?

Si, "Esperaría que sí!" is correct 
Like "He is coming this weekend, right?"
"El viene este fin de semana, verdad?"
"Si, "Esperaría que sí!" Yes I would hope so
Or "Espero que sí".
