How would I say opps or something similiar indicating that the answer is incorrect?

Do you mean, "Oops"?
If so, you have many options. You can say...
- ¡Ay!
- ¡Uf!
- ¡Uy!
"Your answer is incorrect" --- "Tu respuesta es incorrecta"
