Question

Every day I pick a word or two to learn that doesn't come up too often. (Did you catch the three forms,two to,too?) Anyway today it's" ronquido". My Question is " have you ever woken yourself up snoring" ?

Here's a funny snoring story from our family.

My mother-in-law was taking a nap with my niece, who was then 5 years old.

My mother-in-law was snoring, which woke up my niece.

My niece nudged my mother-in-law and told her, "Nana, tu roncas." (You snore.)

My mother-in-law woke up saying, "Toronjas? No, mi amor, no toronjas!) (Grapefruits? No, my love, no grapefruits!)

Mi suegra estaba tomando una siesta con mi sobrina, que entonces tenía 5 años. Mi suegra estaba roncando, lo cual despertó a mi sobrina. Mi sobrina le dió un codazo a mi suegra y le dijo, "Nana tu roncas". (You snore). Mi suegra despertó diciendo, "toronjas"? No mi amor, no "toronjas" (grapefruits).
