Picture of the Day finally has a new owner.
Our good friend Vicente took over when Jenny left it, but only temporarily as he was on holiday. but after much searching I found a new thread master, nobody better than our new friend Stephen, who has been doing the corrections on Chris's thread for a while now.
He has even agreed to continue to correct the Word of the Day...so we owe him BIG TIME!
Stephen has become a very appreciated member in no time at all, and is a good friend of an older member, so please welcome him to this task he has so graciously taken over. And a big thanks to you, Stephen
And a big hug to Vicente, who has done such a wonderful job on not only doing the thread this time but also correcting it

It was really great to help you all by opening and correcting the "Picture of the Day" thread.
Everytime I correct you I also learn, so it is always a pleasure for me to do these things. Ultimately, we always end up helping each other.
I really enjoy opening threads where we can have fun, share and learn at the same time.
Unfortunately, I could only do it while I was on holiday, but now I've gone back to my classes and only this week I had 3 exams, so I had (and still have) to study a lot for the next exams. So, as you can see, I don't have much time, at least not this week or next week. (I don't know if it will continue like that or not.)
Anyway, If I've got more free time in the next weeks, I will surely continue doing threads and exercises for Spanish learners, but at least for now, I have to use my "free time" to study.
I want to thank Stephen for accepting the responsibility for doing these great threads (because, remember, he is not only helping on one thread, but two, and it is necessary to spend a lot of time to open and correct posts).
It is great to count on people like him on this forum. Great people make this forum even GREATER.
