Shallow roots
So I came across an illustration in english, that im wonding what you people might have ideas about when translating.
Shallow Roots
Its supposed to portray physically shallow roots as plants, as an example of being loosely rooted in your faith/easily swayed in your beliefs...so first of all how would you say shallow roots in the 2 contexts, and could you use the same wording for both of them?
1 Answer
raíces poco profundas shouldn't be misinterpreted.
poco profundado for shallowly rooted
Árbol con raíces poco profundas
raíz also has the context of a foundation so it could serve both of your contexts.
