To manage to do something

The dictionary lists "to manage to do something" as "conseguir hacer algo". Can any infinitive replace "hacer" in this phrase? For example, "Me conseguí levantar la mano" (I managed to raise my hand)?

Thank you, Mitchell

Yes, this is correctgrin

No "me" in the sentence though.

Conseguí levantar la mano.

Oh yes, thank you, "levantarse" is to get up, or stand up. My mistake! - MitchellSalad, Aug 4, 2011
