what does this mean... ke mensa lo
a lady was getting ready for bed and she picked up her phone and dropped it on her face and then she pulled the covers up to her chin and punched herself in the face with her hand. Her friend said to her: ke mensa lo.

Welcome to the forum!
I think that is probably "que mensa lo"
I believe her friend was calling her a "clutz", "dummy", or "stupid", but you might want to wait on a native speaker.
The adjective "menso/a" is not in the dictionary on this site, but here is a link to another dictionary
Ironic, since "MENSA" is an organization requiring a high IQ for admission.
The "lo" is confusing me in this sentence. I think it is referring to the lady, but not spoken directly to her.
That's my guess.
I can't think of a situation where "lo" would follow the verb/adjective like that (not be attached).
Did you read or hear this? If it is incorrect, I would suspect that it is something like:
¡Qué [densa?] yo!
Silly guess. Makes little sense.
