What does T/A mean in a Spanish medical exam where client's personal data is found?

The abbreviations T/A are found in a mexican medical exam where the personal data of the client is located. What does that refer to? it has nothing on the line next to it to give me an idea. Does anyone have a clue as to what this means? Please let me know. Thanks!

Perhaps it stands for tensión arterial -- blood pressure.

Medical abbreviations are terrible, they can mean different things between different departments in the same hospital.
If possible I would ask someone who works in that hospital.
