The name "Tsitsikas", if it is Greek as I think it is, will sound almost like in Spanish.

Did you mean Tsitsikas?
Do you want to know how is it pronounced in Spanish?
l don't believe this has an equivalent in Spanish.
For me l'd pronounce it this way: Tsitsikaos: T- sit- si- caws
