he's a rapper. 90% of rap music is making up spurious nonsencial rubbish and putting it in phrases. In this case, it just happens to be in spanish.
you could honestly rap anything.

It means you mistyped it or the pitbull speaks one of the dialects where they omit the final 's' or your pitpull doesn't speak Spanish very well. (It should be "Ya, tú sabes"

It can also mean "Now you know". My guess is that he just informed you of something.
