Arroz blanco con frijoles de la olla y un plátano macho frito, un par de huevos revueltos y un pan tostado. Acompañado de jugo de naranja, fruta y mucho café.

Rice with beans and a fried banana, scrambled eggs and a toast, with orange juice, fresh fruit and lots of black coffee.

Grits are made from ground corn. I don't know the Spanish word for them.
