"responderemos/contestaremos"

Does this phrase look natural in Spanish? Also which is the more "professional" usage, responderemos/contestaremos ? Is consulta the best word to use?
Annnnnnnd 
does it seem like a natural phrase to use for an email contact box as I'm putting one into a website page.
Por favor, haga una consulta aquí y le responderemos/contestaremos pronto

"Responderemos" is more formal and professional, "contestaremos" is more familiar. Instead of "le responderemos pronto" you should say "prontamente" o "con prontitud" , but I would suggest "le responderemos a la brevedad" o "a la mayor brevedad posible", it's more usual.
