Hi,
I visited a wonderful restaraunt named La Rosita and am wondering what it means in English. My guess is The Rose.

"The Rose" means "La Rosa"
Technically, the ending "ita" "ito" turns "The Little Rose"
But you got it, "The Rose" is allowable.
