I assume that ensayo here, rather than rehearsal or essay, means "trial" and that general rather than meaning general would mean "public"
The public trial of Anibal. It's phantom of the Opera, Mexican cast.

ensayo general de Aníbal = Hannibal's dress rehearsal
EDIT: After reading the lyrics it appears to be about a dress rehearsal for a (fictional, I suppose) opera by Chalumeau called Hannibal.

Anibal is the Spanish spelling of Hannibal (the Carthaginian general) and is the title of one of the songs in the musical.
