Problems in translating Velarde poem

I'm trying to render Ramon Lopez Velarde's A LA TRAICION DE UNA HERMOSA into English. I can't determine the meaning of the phrase 'de tu primer hijuelo' Any advice?

They speak about the first son.
"Hijuelo" sounds that a derogatory form of "Hijo" (son).
