si hubiera?

si hubiera?

Im translating some stories/lessons and am unsure of this sentence

Imagine what that scene (in the story) would be like today (as in if it had happened nowdays)

I was going to translate it:

Imagínense como sería si hubiera pasado hoy día.

Can I say this? is there a better way to say this?

I thought also maybe

Imagínense como será si había pasado hoy día. but it sounds a bit off to me. Any ideals???

Imagínense como sería si hubiera pasado hoy día.

This is correct, but I would say "hoy en día."

hoy día, u hoy en día.

1. locs. advs. En esta época, en estos días que vivimos.

I also recommend the latter.

Imagine what that scene (in the story) would be like today (as in if it had happened nowdays)

Imagine/imagínate lo que esa escena sería hoy en día.

Imagine/imagínate como sería esa escena hoy en día
