what does ¨pues aqui¨ mean?

I´m not quite sure how to use this in spanish, when do I use this?

It's a slightly odd question, I'm not sure what you're after here. Is it pues? If so it's used as a "natural" pause, a way of "filling". In the same way that in English people may say, "well" "ummm" "uhuh" "hmm" and for the kids the execrable "like"

In this case it means "well, here"

I think it means "So, here...".

For example:

"Pues aqui estamos" : So, here we are

"Pues aqui todo va bien" : "So, here everything is going well" (or in a more free translation) "so far so good"
