repitir help
I need to conjugate the bold word. First by using a form of estar. Then the bolded word from present tense to the present progressive tense, I do not know the present progressive tense of the word repitir.
La profesora repite la pregunta. La profesora _____ ______ la pregunta.
what would the answer be? está _____

Present progressive in Spanish is like in English. We say is repeating, a form of the verb to be plus the present participle, repeating. Spanish uses a form of estar plus the present participle. Conjugations for all verbs including repetir and estar are under the MORE tab in the toolbar at the top of the page.
This instance is like English. You want to say the Spanish equivalent of The teacher repeats the question and The teacher is repeating the question. So if you know that teacher repeats requires repite, you can figure that teacher is repeating requires 3rd person singular of estar plus the present participle. You need to use the conjugations under the MORE tab.
