Dear Abby letters

Is there a common way to describe, or call, Dear Abby letters in spanish (letters written to magazines/newspapers asking for advice?)
Looking for something that is somewhat universal in latin america.

Hola...
At least in Perú, there was a column called "La Dra. Corazón", her subject was exactly as Abby's.
Many a time I have heard people tell others "... don't bug me with your mushy questions.... go ask La Dra. Corazón".
This is the closest, I believe, you will ever get to "Dear Abby"...
