How you you say "stepping stone?"
How do you say "stepping stone" as in "every situation we face is a stepping stone to maturity?"

Just thought of another one. How about "escalón"?
You might hear "trampolín" used figuratively, just like "stepping stone".
Cada situación que afrontamos es un trampolín a la madurez.
Hi, Nick.
I'd say "pasadera"
I would say "un paso adelante hacia...."
You can also say "Etapa."
Stepping stone = grada, but we don't use it like that. We just say "it is a step forward" or towards your goal or something similar to that.
