"Terms and Conditions" in Spanish?

Dear All,

How would "terms and conditions" be best expressed in Spanish - "los términos y condiciones"? I need to know the actual phrase that is used, so not just a direct translation please.

Many thanks in advance,

Jenny

Ps. If anyone knows any good resources on business Spanish, I'd very much appreciate itsmile

Hola, Jenny. Excellent question!

I would use, "Condiciones de Uso"

Hi, Jenny.

I have seen "Términos y Condiciones" quite a bit and Google has 71 million hits for the expression.

Brilliant, thanks to both of you - I didn't even think of checking a Spanish website (doh!).
