I understand nearly everything here, however I don't understand why "que" is used in the places that I have bolded.

SANDRO: ¿Me puedes hacer un favor?

ÁGATHA: Depende.

SANDRO: ¿Me puedes poner crema solar en la espalda?

ÁGATHA: No.

SANDRO: ¿Por qué?

ÁGATHA: Estoy tomando el sol.

SANDRO: Venga Ágatha, que son sólo 30 segundos.

ÁGATHA: ¿Qué?

SANDRO: ¡Que son sólo 30 segundos!

ÁGATHA: ¡Que no! que estoy leyendo.

SANDRO: ¿Estás leyendo o estás tomando el sol?

I think there's an assumed verb, Probably Saber. "Sabe que son solo 30 segundos" etc. (I'm not a native Spanish speaker, though) - pesta, Jul 20, 2011

SANDRO: Venga Ágatha, [ten en cuenta] que son sólo 30 segundos.

SANDRO: ¡[ten en cuenta] Que son sólo 30 segundos!

ÁGATHA: ¡[He dicho] Que no! que estoy leyendo.

"¡Que no!" means "I said no!", "definitely not" in the SpanishDict dictionary.
