I'm trying to send a friend a recipe for a cake. I want to say ' whip the egg whites until hard, then stir in the sugar and egg yolks'.

By all means fold instead of stir, I'm trying to give my friend the general idea, she can cook, that's not the problem! - annierats, Jul 17, 2011
