This was a marinade for beef in a mexican market. Any idea of the english translation?

This says - bistec de res adobado. (several misspellings) and it means marinated beef steak. You can buy different types of "adobo" in the hispanic food section at Walmarts and also on Amazon.com. They come in big, medium and small jars.
