spanish engraving
I got this rusty sword from a garage sale. When I cleaned it out it has a very faint engraving on one side of the blade that looks like this: " Un chivo bico un reparo y en el viento se delubo hay ehivos que tienen -------" I could not make out the last word. This might not be the exact words, but close. On the other side of the blade, it has a etching of 2 cats, possible a leopard or cheetah. Can anybody translate it for me?

It seems this is some type of saying (dicho) only found, used or understood in Mexico. This is part of a rhyme, and can be found in the song 'El Chivo' by Antonio Aguilar. I have no idea which came first, the song, the saying or the sword. You can see the song below.
The rhyme, literally make no sense word by word, and its made up of two parts, part of the second phrase is a very common everyday expression... "No tienes madre". Its meaning or the idea trying to convey in the whole phrase is : The agility of the goat to jump into the air and stay in the air... which in itself is a great feat. The second "hay chivos que tienen madre pero este ni madre tuvo" literally translates: there are goats that have a mother , but this one he had none. The phrase is figuratively speaking of someone who does not care about anyone but himself, no ethics, or no scruples. The total phrase is used when someone has overdone himself.
I have found the phrase in several different forms, like "un chivo tiró, un chivo pego, un chivo giro, etc" so that adds to my confusion.
