Hablamos huevos when referring to just sitting around talking.
I don't think this has to do with eggs... is it idiomatic for something?

Hablamos luego. means talk later.
Eso debe ser lo que escuchaste.
That must be what you heard.
Hablamos luego es una expresión muy común de despedida.
