tabulation of points

Won't someone please take the time to answer my question? Yesterday i completed several exercises and received credit only for a minor exercise that I did in passing. This has nothing to do with any failure of mine to hit some other venue. As I have indicated, I worked five hours yesterday for those results and the points earned are clearly identified below the high scores. They have not, however, been tabulated with my cumulative score. I don't know how much clearer I can be but I will bet this has happened before.

If this is from the "Learn Spanish" section, there are a few things you can check.

Have you disabled browser cookies? Some of the site depends on cookies to work right. What browser do you use? IE works, but Firefox and Chrome seem to have fewer problems with just about everything.

After a learning video, you need to click the green button below, "continue to flashcards" for those points to register.

At the end of each flashcard exercise, learning points will be automatically added.

If you repeat a flashcard exercise, it will only add points that exceed your previous high score. So for example, if you scored 150 points for the "Recognize" section of a card set, but repeat it and then score 175 points, your total will only show the 150 initially and then 25 added from your second try, for a total accumulation of 175.
