Yes, and in the US a cajuela is a car trunk.
This word encajuelada seems to be rather new, and refers to a murdered corpse that has been put in a car trunk. There is a description of such a crime at the following site. (WARNING: possibly disturbing photo)

Also, encajuelada is an adjective, so it doesn't really mean "to put...," but instead describes the result of such an action.
