Nascar Getaways. The name doesn't change, it is a product, so you would refer to it as "Nascar Getaways".
If you're talking about a 'getaway' in general, you could use hacer una escapada (to make an escape, to get away), or viaje corto de fin de semana (weekend getaway).

The "hacer una escapada" is a verb defining a noun, which I acquiesce when having to go between the 2 languages...either way there will be times we have to use an entire phrase to simply identify one word from either side of the discussion! :) - cristalino, Jul 13, 2011
