Is there any online program to learn Puerto Rican Spanish?
I want to learn spanish but PR spanish. I know there are many kinds of spanish but I want to be able to talk with PR. Boricua!!!

There is no such course that I'm aware of. What you need to do is find a solid course that teaches you standard Spanish.
From there, you will have to find books, websites, movies, music, etc that expose you to the Puerto Rican culture, so that you can learn the slang, expresions, etc that are unique to their culture. Making Puerto Rican friends is the best thing you can do.
At the very least, there are books on Puerto Rican slang available, and find forums frequented by Puerto Ricans, this is a really good way to learn their language an customs.
And keep in mind there are really two Puerto Rican cultures, people actually born and raised on the island, and Puerto Ricans from New York.

Aside from a few differences in vocab usage, it's the same kind of Spanish. You just have to learn the accent and how to speak at unintelligible speeds lol.
