sheet music
is there, or can anyone make a flashcardset on music? can't find one
within a few weeks i'm hoping to start with violin lessons.. in spanish!
i'd like to practice some useful vocabulary like "sheet music" "notes" "chords" "g clef" "sharp/flat" etc.
any ideas?

You can click here for my music flashcard set. I just noticed that I need to update it since I have a lot more words to add to it. Hopefully, I will do that within the next day or so.

If you have ever tried to play violin itself you know how difficult it can sometimes be, especially if you do not know how to play or what you have tried do not give you the results you are looking for. There are some good books created by the master which can be a complete solution for the acquisition of violin. However if you did not get any referral you can visit music forte which gives you unlimited access to all features and updates to the system. A violin chord is played when you run the bow across more than one string at a time. Chords can seem a bit tricky at first, but once you have the basics down, they're quite easy to play.
sheet music = partitura
note = nota
sharp = sostenido
flat = bemol
clef = clave
Note that the notes of the scale are referred to as do, re, mi. . .rather than C, D, E. . .
You discussions about music may be in Spanish, but the music on paper will be in the language of music.
As far as I know, music (sheet music) is in the language of music. Violin will be in the Treble Clef, notes, sharps, flats, etc. will be the same as all writen music.
Yea "lorenzo9" has you started on music vocabulary. Just google "Spanish Music Vocabulary" and you wil find a bunch of sites.
Maybe after a couple of years you will appreciate this. I looked at the date this question was asked. If you are interested, there is also bass clef. It is used for the notes below middle C. If you find sheet music in bass clef, you can play the next interval. For instance, if you play middle C 8va, it would be the next C up the interval. If music is below C, you can add 8 notes(8va) up the interval to the next C to match the notes allowable on the violin. You would play all of the sheet music 8 notes higher. The A below middle C would be the A above middle C. Using this method will allow you to expand your musical choices. I use this when I play chords on the piano and I want it to have a higher sound. Any words you want translated that are not listed, you can use the translator. It has helped me when I am curious about a word.
