Do i need to put la before every noun in a sequence????

is the la necessary before each noun?

I don't know about necessary, but I would say, yes. According to what I was taught when you try to list the items in a series you make them as similar as possible in form, number, part of speech, etc. So if allowable, use the definite article with all or none, but in this case, all is more correct.

I have read that Spanish does not distribute words across conjunctions like we do in English.

El regalo es de María y de Juan. Not... El regalo es de María y Juan.

Voy al mercado y al banco. Not.... Voy al mercado y el banco.

However, I have noticed that natives on this site pay no attention to that "rule", so it may not be a hard and fast rule.

Another minor suggestion. Don't use a comma before the "y" in a series as we often do in English.
