¿Qué os gustaríais beber? (Vosotros)
"gustaría"
¿Qué les gustarían beber? (Ustedes)
"gustaría".
The infinitive "beber" is the subject of "gustaría beber [algo=¿Qué...]", and infinitives are always masculine and singular, so the verb must be third person singular too.
¿Qué me gustaría beber?
¿Qué te gustaría beber?
¿Qué le gustaría beber?
¿Qué nos gustaría beber?
etc.
The equivalent sentence written as a statement (the subject in bold):
Me gustaría algo
Me gustaría una cosa
Me gustaría beber
Me gustaría beber algo
Me gustaría beber una cerveza con mis amigos
