Please could you proofread my mistakes?
It seems incredible, I say that because in other countries movies are around 10 dollars, even in USA a movie can cost 20 dollars depending the categoric. Everybody say Peruvians are amazing, and that's true. In Bolivia a Md movie can cost 1 dollar, and a simple movie less, even you can find 4 movies in one CD. That's is being amazing. Is that legal? nobody say anything, so we are suposed to believe that it is legal, by example, there's a place where this kind of movies are sold the most amazing is that tourist are seem in those places, so what do you decide? do you believe me?
Thanks

It seems incredible. (I hope that refers to something that you have mentioned previously because by itself we do not know what the it refers to. You should not have to read the next 2 sentences and then return to the beginning to figure out what was being said) If you are trying to lead into a topic try something less specific like "This is amazing to me." Then we expect to hear what the This refers to.
...even In the US a movie can cost 20 dollars depending the category (genre).
In Bolivia a Md (blockbuster...major hit?) movie can cost 1 dollar, and a simple (cheaply made B) movie even less. You can even find 4 movies on one CD.
That's is truly/simply amazing.
No one says anything, so we are supposed to believe that it is above board and legal. For example, there's a place where these kind of movies are sold. The most amazing thing is that tourist are seen in those places. So what do you think? Do you believe me?
I didn't want to rewrite your text, but the last part doesn't make much sense to me. Tourists are always looking for bargains and buying "pirated" or bootleg movies would not be amazing. I would expect that places selling them to be a major tourist attraction.
