What does 'muy cerdos' mean to you, in the context of commenting on a place or event? And, where are you from.? Would be interesting to know how common this phrase is...

Interesting In México we would use " porquería" to describe that or "cochinada"

Está es una cochinada o porquería

Pig-Pen comes to mind, but honestly I've never heard the phrase before. I've travelled to Cuba, Mexico, and Nicaragua, and I lived a year in Chile.

Without any context, I would guess something is being called dirty, filthy, disgusting behaviour, etc.
