Trouble translating handwritten word

Hi, I've been looking at the Argentine census of 1869, and one of my relatives has an occupatin, but I can't figure out what it says in Argentine to then be able to translate it to English. Its the word that looks like 'enflado'. Thanks!

sorry, the link doesn't work for some reason. the word looks like 'enflado' or 'enfiado', or possibly 'eufiado' or something similar. anything that is an occupation is what I'm after. something that sounds or looks a little like those words, thanks - palmtree3000, Jul 7, 2011
