Hola!

I have another question. How do you use "mi querida" and "queria mía" properly in a sentence?

For example:

"Silly aren't you, mi querida"

"Silly aren't you, querida mía"

Which would be correct? Or does it not matter since it's used with English?

I think it would make more sense if you didn't mix the two languages.

Either version of "querida mía" is acceptable.
