Depending on the situation, it could mean "Don't undermine me" (my authority)--for example, one parent might say this to the other when dealing with their children. It's also often used the way we use "diss" in the U.S.. "Don't diss me" means, "Don't treat me with disrespect." or "Don't discredit me."
