Or if you already know whose birthday you're talking about, you could use "Su cumpleaños es el 8 de julio" -> This is the equivalent of saying "His/her/your(formal)/their birthday is the 8th of July"

I would try..."El cumpleaños de Juan es [date]...el 8 de julio."
