It is French, it is a wonderful sandwich that can be purchased in almost all the bakeries. Made of a small fresh baguette with butter ham and cheese as only the French can do. I am an addict, as when in Paris I am marching down the street with my "croque monsieur" leaving a trail of crumbs behind to find my way back to the hotel.

Hmm...this looks like French!
According to a translator, it means "Crunch mister".
Crujir Señor = Crunch Mister = Croque Monsieur
