Ok, so think of some teachers you've had in your lifetime.
Which one is the explainer? This is asking is you to figure out which teacher explained lessons thoroughly. They were likely the person who answered your questions with great answers. Example: My teacher [name] was an explainer because they prepared me for all of my tests and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I walked out of this class knowing many interesting facts.
Which teacher is the involver? This is asking you which teacher was an active member of their community? For example, who did service work? Also, which teacher was involved in the school community? For example, maybe you had a teacher who taught math, was a basketball coach, and was the moderator of the Student Council. This teacher was greatly involved in my life. I not only consider them a great teacher, but also a close friend.
Which teacher is the enabler? This is asking which teacher was a motivation. Which teacher inspired you to do well? Which teacher made you want to succeed? Who enabled you to be successful in the world? For example: My teacher [name] was an enabler because she/he constantly motivated me. All students were told that they were capable of success. This teacher prepared me to work in the real world.

This simply means that through this exercise, you will become familiar with the types of teachers you've had. You will see which teachers have shaped you into the person you are today.

I will give you an example using pretend people:
1 Señora Garcia used to teach me Spanish .... She was an involver Her teaching style was to teach by involving people in role play situations where you would have to act out pretend situations, eg;: ordering a meal at a restaurant
2 Mr Smith taught me Geography .He was an explainer..He taught everything by explaining what he wanted you to do and writing it down on teh whiteboard
3 Madame Larouche taught me French ...she was an enabler and provided people with the means or opportunity to learn French through practice in pairs and small group work
You will have to use the names of your own teachers and decsribe their learning styles as I have done above with these imaginary people.. At least you now have some idea what theses 3 terms mean
