verification process?

Question

I have tried copying and pasting my verification code onto the verification code page several times by copying and pasting with Microsoft WORD in the background, and your website will not accept my verification code. Any suggestions as to how I can get past this problem?

Apparently, I will be unable to complete any of the Spanish Lessons until I get this problem resolved.

Here are some information, which may help you:

1- Make sure that you're coping the code correctly from the email to the site. (copy and paste)

This is not true you can do everything on the site, just like anyone who has his account verified except for one thing which is entering this site chat room.

let's wait until one of the admins sees your problem and maybe soemone can fix it, but for now you're OK! ^_^

If you are copying from Microsoft Word, make sure you save the file in "text format" (with a .TXT extension). Then copy and paste.

It is possible you are inadvertently copying one of Word's hidden format codes. That would be enough to cause the glitch.

Please let me know if my suggestion works. If not, there are many other ways I may be able to help you.
