Belly button pulse equals "el ciro"?

Question

Mayan women showing me how to do the belly massage referred to the area where you can feel the pulse near the belly button as el ciro" or something like that. Does anyone know if that's the correct word? Does anyone know more about what it means health-wise? Thks!

I found a few references to ancient Mayan massage therapy concerning the navel, but I can't find the word ciro in that context.
