Is Pitbull making up words?

I am listening to "tu cuerpo" by Pitbull (whose lyrics in my opinion belong in the toilet but I have to give him credit for the music) and it seems like he inventing words in Spanish because I can't find the words in any Spanish dictionary. If anyone knows what these words mean I'd appreciate the help 
Here are the words: omona (noun) , dosilicona (adj), culona (verb?)
