If you want to begin lessons, click the tab in upper left hand corner that says "Learn Spanish". Here you will be able to choose whether you want to start in Spanish 1, 2, 3, or 4. Click the level you want and begin any lesson! If you want to start English lessons, you can choose whether you want to start at English 1 or English 2!
If you want to do a flashcard set, click the tab that says "Flashcards". Search through the flashcards to find a set you would like to do. You will earn points and be able to compare yourself to others on the leader board.
If you want to post on the forum, click the tab that says "Answers". You've already posted this question, so you know how to use it 
If you want to search for previous threads, type in the little box below "Ask a Question" and search! If you want to answer a question, click on the one you want to answer, scroll down to the box, and type away! I recommend "Word of the Day", "Palabra del Día", and "Picture of the Day".
If you want to use the translator, click the tab that says "Translations". You will be to type in anything in Spanish or English, and you'll get results from 3 different translation systems.
Click the "Dictionary" tab and you will be able to type in any word you want and see its translation! You can also find words in the little box at the top center of your screen [it says "Enter a Spanish or English word...", and there's a little orange box with the word "Translate" next to it. You can't miss it! Here you can type in a word and find its translation. You can also type in a phrase and get a result.]
Click the drop-down arrow next to "More" and you will be able to see our fantastic "Reference" section and "Phrasebook". You could go to the chatroom through this tab, as well as search for users.
To the right of the tab, you will see a little box with a star, a badge, and book. Next to the star you will see how many reputation points you have. Earn rep by being voted up on an answer, voting up an answer, being accepted as best answer, and submitting phrases in the phrasebook. Next to the badge you will see how many badges you have. Read here to learn about earning badges. Next to book you will see how many "Learning Points" you have. Earn learning points by doing lessons and flashcards.
Above the box with the star, badge, and book, you will see "Hola, [username]". Click here to see your profile and look at if you've been voted up or if you have any messages. Next to "Hola, [username]", you can click "Logout" to sign off of SpanishDict.
Check messages [Private messages, or PM's] by going to your profile (click your username in "Hola, [username]) and click the "Messages (# Unread) link. Send PM's by clicking on the person's username, scrolling down in their profile under "About" and click the link "Send Private Message."
